Refund Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Providara AI Concierge (“Providara”) subscription plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service, Paddle Buyer Terms, and Paddle Refund Policy.

1. Your rights

If local consumer protection laws or Paddle provide you with additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will always apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription payment, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the relevant transaction date. No refunds will be issued for partial months of usage.

This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription charge. Subsequent renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or covered by the regional rules in Section 3.

3. Statutory withdrawal and regional rules

European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: Consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital service contracts and receive a full refund. This right generally applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. If your subscription includes a free trial, a new 14-day withdrawal period may begin when the trial ends and you are first charged.

If you completed a transaction in the UK and have an annual subscription, you may have a new 14-day withdrawal period starting on the day your subscription auto-renews for another year.

This statutory right may not apply if you started downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from Providara during checkout when you gave express consent for immediate access before the end of the 14-day period.

Other regions: Local laws may provide additional cancellation or refund rights (for example, in Canada, Turkey, Israel, South Korea, Brazil, China, or Singapore). Where those laws grant you stronger protections, those protections apply.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You will retain access through the end of the paid period unless an approved refund applies under this policy.

To cancel, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle subscription confirmation email to access the Paddle buyer portal. You may also submit a cancellation request through paddle.net. Uninstalling the Shopify app alone does not cancel billing.

5. How to request a refund

You may request a refund through Providara or Paddle:

  • Providara: email support@providara.com with your account email and checkout email.
  • Paddle: use the receipt or manage subscription link in your order confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select “Request refund.” You may also contact Paddle at help@paddle.com.

If eligible, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Paddle's transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing.

If you experience persistent technical issues with Providara, please contact us first at support@providara.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund through Paddle as described above.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact Providara or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
