Shoppers ask, get expert guidance, see recommendations or bundles, and move to product view. Add-to-cart uses a JS callback, then a URL template; otherwise they view the product.

Submit the requirement form
Complete the Standard Package form—store URL, verticals, branding preferences, optional monthly maintenance, and any advanced customization requests. Accept the service agreement and submit. Setup begins immediately—no admin review wait.

Create Private App & share credentials
Create a Shopify Private/Custom App in Shopify Admin, then submit App name, Client ID, and Client Secret securely in your Providara order dashboard.

We install and configure your concierge
Providara installs the dedicated Private App, configures agents, verticals, catalog RAG, and basic branding, and prepares the storefront widget—typically within 5–7 business days after credentials are received.

Authorize the app & enable the widget
Authorize the Private App as guided, then enable the Providara AI theme app embed in the Shopify theme editor so the floating concierge appears on your storefront.

7-day free trial, then setup payment
When we mark the order delivered, your 7-day free trial starts. After the trial, pay the one-time $1,099 setup fee—plus optional $49/mo maintenance only if you selected it on the form.
Advanced customizations—such as advanced RAG from docs/PDFs, white-label branding, or complex integrations—are quoted and paid separately and are not part of this Standard Package path.

Recurring subscription with a 7-day free trial, then Paddle billing. Create an account, choose a plan, connect your store and AI key, embed the widget. Cancel anytime—no long-term lock-in.
