Service Agreement and Disclaimer

Providara provides an AI Concierge for ecommerce storefronts. The Client selects one of the following deployment options:

Custom Web (primary): Providara provides a one-time setup engagement to configure and enable the AI Concierge widget for the Client's existing ecommerce website (the domain registered on the order). Delivery includes widget configuration guidance and activation for the agreed site. Advanced customizations (for example custom RAG, advanced branding, or complex integrations) may be quoted separately and are outside the standard setup unless included in a written quote or statement of work.

Shopify (deployment option): Providara installs and configures the AI Concierge for the Client's Shopify store via the applicable private-app or managed path after the Client completes required onboarding (for example credentials or access steps). Advanced customizations may be quoted separately.

WooCommerce (deployment option): The Client subscribes to a recurring plan (Starter or Pro, or the current plans published at checkout), connects their store and AI API key, and embeds the Providara widget using the merchant dashboard (self-service).

After successful delivery or plan activation, the Client may receive a 7-day trial during which storefront or widget AI chat is active, subject to the Client configuring a supported AI API key where required and enabling the storefront embed for the chosen platform (Custom Web widget script, Shopify theme app embed, or WooCommerce widget).

• Current pricing is published on providara.com/service.
• Custom Web and Shopify setup fees are charged as ordered. Optional maintenance, Care Plan, or separately quoted custom work applies only if purchased.
• WooCommerce plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) billed after any applicable trial.
• Payment is collected via Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) after the trial period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• After delivery or plan activation, a 7-day trial with active concierge chat may apply. If payment is not completed when due, Providara may pause or disable the storefront widget until payment is received.

Former DIY Basic / Standard / Premium install-link packages are no longer offered.

Upon successful payment, and subject to applicable trial rules, the Client receives ongoing access to the concierge for the registered site or store, subject to compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service. Providara may deliver platform updates consistent with the Client's active engagement. Optional Shopify maintenance, optional Custom Web Care Plan, and WooCommerce subscriptions include the ongoing entitlements described for those products at the time of purchase.

The Client is responsible for:

• Completing onboarding for the chosen platform:
  • Custom Web: providing the site domain, required catalog or RAG materials, and installing the embed on the Client's website
  • Shopify: completing requirement and onboarding steps and providing Private App or other required credentials and access
  • WooCommerce: connecting the store, embedding the widget, and maintaining the plan subscription
• Providing and maintaining their own AI API key where the product requires merchant-owned keys (for example Together AI or Grok)
• Paying AI usage fees directly to the AI provider
• Keeping the Providara embed or widget enabled on the live storefront
• Ensuring the live domain or store matches the domain registered on the order or subscription
• Complying with applicable law and platform rules, including the Client's own website policies, Shopify terms, or WooCommerce and WordPress terms, as applicable to the chosen deployment

Custom Web: The Client controls their website. Providara provides the concierge service and embed configuration. Providara does not host the merchant's full ecommerce site.

Shopify: Any Shopify app install path used is free to install where applicable. It connects the Client's store to Providara for product sync, merchant admin, and storefront chat as configured for that path. Setup fees are billed on providara.com through Paddle, not through Shopify Billing, unless the product later changes.

WooCommerce: Connection, widget embed, and billing follow the self-service plan terms shown at checkout and on providara.com/service.

Providara is not responsible for AI API costs, merchant website or store performance, business revenue, conversion rates, or indirect damages. Providara's liability for a setup service is limited to the amount paid for the applicable setup package. For subscriptions, liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service.

No refunds are issued after the AI system has been delivered or activated and the 7-day trial period has begun, except where required by applicable law. Separately quoted custom or advanced work is non-refundable once that work has started, even if the trial has not yet begun. Checkout on providara.com is processed by Paddle.com. By purchasing a setup package or subscription, the Client also agrees to Paddle's Buyer Terms applicable at checkout.
